• Include relevant details but never personal information
• Responses typically within 24-48 hours

Private Message

For sensitive matters, you may contact verified staff members:

• Locate a moderator's post in any official subdread
• Click their username and select "Send Message"
• Always encrypt messages with their PGP key
• Include your public key if you want an encrypted reply

Urgent Security Issues

For reporting critical security vulnerabilities:

• Compose a PGP encrypted message to our security team

• Subject line: "Security Report - [brief description]"
• Include detailed reproduction steps

Our canary is updated regularly to confirm operational security:

• Check our canary page for current status
• Verify the PGP signature on each update
• Note the expiration date - missing updates indicate potential compromise
